Trey Provides a Queen’s Life

I started this journal on the day I met Trey, and I’ve added to it along the way. This journal is to acknowledge all that Trey provides, how it makes me feel, and how he has changed my life.

Three years ago, I wrote that the reason Trey is in my life is to teach me how to experience the JOY of living.

Today, I would say the reason is that he provides the opportunity for me to discover what I truly want to do with my life—and what I want my destiny to be in this lifetime.

What Trey Provides:

1. The most beautiful Sunday where I felt happy, gushy, turned on, connected, spoiled, attracted, vulnerable, motivated, interested, content, beautiful. Most importantly, I didn’t want it to end—and most surprisingly, I could feel my body STOP when he held me. It made me feel mind-blown by his ability to provide such safety for my soul.
2. Security—I know I’m physically safe with him. He has my best interests in mind and always wants what’s best for me.
3. A safe space to be “me.” I can be vulnerable and show him all my colors, even the dark ones, and he always responds with love.
4. Beautiful date nights that I can look forward to—nights that inspire me to get sexy, hot, and pretty.
5. The most gorgeous blue eyes to dream into.
6. A lean, muscular body I can admire and melt into.
7. Pride when I talk about him to my friends.
8. A beautiful home that’s warm, fuzzy, and the only place in the world I want to be.
9. The safest person to talk to—someone who listens, loves, and cares for me through everything.
10. A place of respect. I admire his intelligence, his listening skills, and I always look forward to our conversations and his feedback.
11. The comfiest bed to sleep through the night.
12. A vision of a peaceful lifestyle. He’s a living example of joy-filled living.
13. An outlet of love for Kayleigh. He’s kind, sweet, and connected to her—and she loves him.
14. Extra love for my mom and brother. He texts my brother just to show love and always helps when I ask.
15. More children and more family—more love for my heart to beam.
16. Support for my friends—always thinking of ways to help them.
17. Time to notice the beauty of life: trees, skies, animals, deer, squirrels—even bunnies!
18. Secure love for my heart to stay open and my mind to see clearly.
19. A stress-free life.
20. A yard full of God’s beauty.
21. A beautiful neighborhood with nature paths for my morning walks.
22. Gorgeous sunrise spots to enjoy together.
23. A life that allows me to pursue my destiny.

25. The union of marriage—we are now a legal team.
26. The opportunity to build the home of our dreams.
27. A retirement plan to ensure our future is safe and secure.

30. Financial stability. I make more and spend less because of his smart, secure support.
31. A TEAM concept. We work well together and find solutions to everything.
32. A son, Cooper, and his wife, Noel—both of whom add joy and value to my life.
33. An extra daughter, Riley, and her partner, Robert—more love to beam!

39. Story time every night. He either shares a story from childhood or makes one up to spark my imagination.
40. An athletic trainer who encourages yoga, walking, and strength training. Our Saturday yoga is sacred!
41. Brilliant conversations. He has a Master’s in Business, a CPA, and a Series 7 license. He’s the smartest man in the room, and I love watching him shine.
42. A “ride out” partner. We vowed to walk life together—and we do.
43. A personal shopper who always finds the best value. Groceries from Walmart, BOGOs from Publix—he multiplies our buying power.
44. My daily “Polar Pop”—which he figured out how to get for just $10/month!
45. A bucket of the cutest “Yoda” socks that make me smile every time I see my feet.
46. An emotional intelligence partner—someone who helps me reframe any emotion into something empowering.
47. A personal financial planner. He lives by: max your 401k, live below your means, save before spending. His spreadsheets make me feel secure.
48. A travel agent who always finds the best seats and handles every detail with care.
49. A tuxedoed, sexy, hot husband—with matching pink tie and Chucks. I feel proud with him by my side.
50. Delicious dinners for my mom and Aunt Arbor. He made barbecue pork over three days—it was incredible!
51. Attention to every detail. I get to show up, smile, and know everything will be perfect.
52. A moving partner. We’re the ultimate moving dream team!
53. A super clean car every week. Vacuumed, armor-alled, and spotless.
54. Clean laundry—he insisted on doing it for free instead of me taking it out.
55. Help for Kayleigh’s taxes—he explained everything and taught her financial basics like income brackets and Social Security.
56. Financial retirement advice—he built me a calculator that shows exactly how my money will grow. He taught me what “saving for a rainy day” really means.
57. Safe travel to and from the airport. It feels luxurious and easy.
58. My Brighton luggage set—suitcase, backpack, makeup bag, yoga bag—and my mom got the fanny pack. I get compliments everywhere!
59. “I love you” notes everywhere—in my car, on the garage door, my mirror, coat pockets—they always make me smile.
60. Specific thank-yous every day. He sees what I do, and he makes sure to let me know.
61. Wedding anniversary weekends that create lifelong memories.
62. The crispest, cleanest sheets on our cozy bed.
63. “Honey-do” chores for my mom. It warms my heart to see her supported.
64. Quick mindset reframes—he’s always ready with the loving advice I need most.
65. A soft landing when Kayleigh left for college. He loved me through the transition, and I felt fully supported.
66. CNBC financial news updates that make me feel “CNBC smart” at work!
67. A calm presence in stressful times. I grew up with yelling and chaos—his peace is my safe haven.
68. A forever friendship. I know I can always count on him. He is my true companion.
69. My daily gallon of water—supporting me in even the smallest of goals, like starting a new healthy habit.

Everyone can agree: Trey is ALL my dreams come true. He is MORE than I could have ever dreamed to ask for.

I dreamed, I imagined, I believed, I received. I stay grateful, and I say specific thank-yous for all that he makes me feel and all that he does for me.

He is pure love. He is calm. He is the living example of peace. He is my gift from divinity. He is my blessing for all the good I have done. He is my happily ever after. He is my Trey. He is my FOREVER through all of ETERNITY.
